Founded in 1995, the adoption department of the Foundation takes care of the adoption of abandoned animals.
They either wait for a new family in our refuge “la Mare Auzou”, or are taken in charge by foster families.
Several pets are abandoned for health issues (hospitalisation of the owner), because the owner is moving abroad, because of changes within families (divorces, etc.) or because the owner is dead. Others are withdrawn after legal proceedings for ill treatment. Others also come from breeding centres that are shutting down.

You can adopt via our info journal during our refuge’s open days (first Sunday of each month), or during public events such as Christmas for Animals in partnership with SPA, organised every year in mid-December at the Espace Auteuil (75016 Paris).
